Kasia Mielczarek z treneremMy successes to date include winning the 2003 Poland's championship in 50, 100 and 200 meters freestyle, 50 meters backstroke, 50 meters breaststroke and 150 meters medley.

From June 28th-30th 2003, I participated in the German Open Swimming Championships, which took place in Berlin, where I won the bronze medal in 50 meters freestyle. The time I have achieved gave me the sixth place in the world ranking and a spot on the National Team of Disabled Swimmers. During the European Swimming Cup in Brno, I won the competition in 200 meters freestyle, setting a new Polish record and won the silver medal in 50 and 100 meters backstroke, also setting new Polish records. In 2004 at the Paralympic Games, I placed sixth among the world's swimmers in 50 meters freestyle and 50 meters backstroke. In Berlin in 2005 I won two gold medals in 50 meters freestyle and 50 meters backstroke.

In May of 2006 at the Paralympic Competition in Athens, I won three gold medals in 50, 100 and 200 meters freestyle and at the competition in Bialystok I've set new Polish records in 50, 100 and 200 meters freestyle.

Currently I'm preparing for this summer's Polish Championships, which will take place in June, but my goal is to participate in the 2008 Paralympic Games in Beijing.
